Foods for warmth

Feeling cold

These foods are for those who are always cold. They suffer greatly in the winter and often go to the toilet day and night. These people get tired very easily and don't have a huge libido, nor do they love exercising a great deal. Above all they are cold.

Teas: Jasmine, star anise
Fish: Anchovies, mussels, lobster, shrimps, prawns, trout
Herbs: Aniseed, basil, chives, dill, fennel, ginger (dry or fresh), nutmeg, rosemary
Meat: Beef, mutton, lamb, venison
Nuts: Chestnuts, pistachio, walnuts
Spices: Cayenne, chilli, cinnamon, cloves
Vegetables: Garlic, scallion
