Foods for sebum lumps under the skin

Cysts and lumps lodged under the skin

I know I have them and they are really annoying! First, let me tell you that changing your diet alone won't get rid of them, for that, you'll need to see your doctor or a qualified beautician.
If you have one lump, it's likely you may have more, bigger or smaller.

Adding specific foods to the diet  can help in stopping them happening or coming back. The list is quite comprehensive, there is quite a lot going on in the body which leads to the development of these lumps.

Let me add that seaweed is very important for this condition, just add a small handful, small in soups or everyday foods, it will help.

Here we go:
Vegetables: Bamboo shoot, button mushrooms, onions, plantain, pumpkin, radish, seaweed, squash, turnip, water chestnut, watercress, yam, field mushrooms, garlic

Seaweed: (very important and very effective!) kelp, irish moss, laver, nori, wakame

Fruit: Grapefruit, lemon, lime, lemon peel, mandarin, orange peel, papaya, pear, tangerine peel

Spices: Caraway, cardamom, fennel seed, ginger, basil

Nuts: Almonds, peanuts, walnut

Herbs: juniper, liquorice, mustard, black pepper, white pepper, rosemary, sage, thyme

Fish: Clam, shrimp, prawn

Teas: Elderflower, jasmine, peppermint, black tea, green tea, aniseed, eucalyptus, eyebright, juniper, liquorice, tea tree
