Foods for energy

These foods will help you if you are sluggish, tired, lack motivation and generally feel quite low in energy.  Add them often to your diet repertoire and enjoy them!
This food group is suitable for any age and any condition.
The diet will:
  • Restore your energy
  • Keep your flesh firm (combine this with GuaSha)
  • Help with varicose and red veins
  • Make your eyes bright
Vegetables: Potato, pumpkin, squash
Condiments: Fennel seed, horseradish, brown sugar, ginger
Meat: Turkey
